Who says a dog can't smile?

Don't tell Chief a dog can't smile because he certainly appears to be smiling here. And it's not that he was hot. It was cold day that felt like March despite the calendar saying May.  Chief is generally a happy dog and smiles quite frequently. Come to think of it, while Bella is very loving, she doesn't smile the same way as Chief does.  She also isn't as calm as he is. Hmm.   Could be a lesson there for us humans too. Smiling makes you happy and more relaxed. Thanks, Chief.
