I'm lucky my backsplashes are a lovely glass mosaic tile. However, if you have a plain backsplash and want some pizzazz, but your budget is tight check these out. Not only are they attractive, but they're easy, inexpensive and simple to change. Great for those on a budget or renting. See more like the one above here.

Nice job. I have plain white 4" tiles for my kitchen backsplash & wondering if okay to remove a row or 2 and replace with other style & color tile. Too risky? What about tile paint? Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend painting tile unless you have a professional acrylic or epoxy system. Sure, remove a row or two. You can get 2x6" border tiles, or 1/2 high tiles that are decorative (look like rope), and many other possibilities. Use a contrasting color for more pizzazz.

Although, we never really thought this look could extend to the kitchen. But we are just loving these gorgeous images we have found!
