A Home Stager is a certified professional that helps you get your home ready for sale. They often work with realtors as well as home owners to put the best possible face on a house that's on the real estate market.  They claim that they can also help you sell your house at a higher price because it looks so good. Having remodeled and rehabbed a fair share of houses, I can say with total honesty that a well decorated house will outsell - higher price, faster close - than a poorly decorated one.
