This is awesome. Here is a water-based paint that you can use to turn a painted appliance, wood, metal, or plastic into stainless steel. Easily and inexpensively. Just by painting. It's a unique, durable paint that goes on nearly any substrate. Even drywall to create a "stainless steel" backsplash. All for a fraction of the cost of the real thing. See the demo video, read the FAQs about Thomas Liquid Stainless Steel. It's no wonder why this product was named Home Magazine's Best New Building Product of 2007. Honestly, check this out.

I think I'd stick away from wet surfaces like a bathtub.

The action taken to national disaster is great but it's a real shame that so many people take advantage of the negative situations.
I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill - there's always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.
This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys "angels" got busted ripping off the system. Shame on them!

The appliances are very popular today because they can have on electrical and mechanical products used at home. In this way, household appliances seem to contribute to household cleaning, washing, cooking. Thus making this attractive is more important. In that way i thnk this paint may help anyone to feel good to be at home.

Question: it appears this paint must be pretty heat-resistant, since it is recommended for use on kitchen ranges; is it therefore also safe for use in painting the ugly heat riser in our bathroom?
It would be GREAT to be able to transform this eyesore into an attractive room element!
