Two greens are making an impression this year. Lime Green and soft Seafoam Green. While you can paint rooms in either, I've seen the lime used more as an accent in tiles, backsplashes, and bathrooms. The seafoam green is being shown in furniture, accents, and walls. Since Lime Green is such a distinctive color - one that will truly show its age more quickly ('70s avocado green, need I say more?) - I would recommend you use it in accent pieces and paint. Tile can be much more difficult to replace.
