Stainless sinks - especially undermount sinks - are big right now. But stainless is hard to keep looking nice. Within five minutes of cleaning it and turning on the water, it gets spots. Here's a tip I just learned. Polish your stainless sinks with metal polish. The article I read recommended Maas - which I've used before - but I couldn't find my tube. I used another, Brasso, which worked just fine. Shiny and no water spots. Now, my sink will look always look great. I'm not sure how long it will last but it sure beats five minutes!
